Hotels
We have acquired three hotel sites in Dublin and Cork, and have obtained planning permission for high quality and architecturally stunning schemes with a total of 400 hotel bedrooms. We have reached completed our 97 bedroom Premier Inn at South Great George's Street site in Dublin and have commenced construction at our 187 bedroom Premier Inn at Morrison's Quay in Cork.
Family Homes
We have acquired five residential sites in Dublin, and have obtained planning permission for over 80 high quality family homes. We have successfully sold all units at four schemes, and are at due to commence construction at the remaining scheme in 2022.
