In December 2017, Warren Private acquired a 1.1 acre residential development site in conjunction with our Irish development partner Greenleaf Group. Located in the affluent south Dublin coastal suburb of Dalkey, the site is the location of a closed nursing home.

The site was acquired without planning permission. Subsequent to acquiring the site, we successfully obtained planning permission for a high end residential scheme of 15 units comprising 9 x three bedroom terraced houses, 3 x three bedroom duplexes and 2 x two bedroom duplexes.

Construction works are due to commence in 2022 and the completed units are expected to be launched to the market in 2023.
