In 2016, Warren Private acquired a 2 acre residential development site in conjunction with our Irish development partner Greenleaf Group. Located in the affluent north Dublin seaside town of Malahide, the in-fill site is located beside an existing, high-end residential development.
The site was acquired with planning permission for 17 high-end houses. Through two subsequent planning applications, we successfully changed the access to the site to a more optimal location, increased the total number of houses to 21, and also increased the size of each house.
The completed houses are 4 bedroom, A-rated detached and semi-detached family homes of 175 sq m over three storeys. Each house is completed to the highest specification and includes luxurious modern finishes throughout, while their comfort and functionality creates an ideal living space.
Construction works at Phase 1 of 17 houses commenced in mid 2016, and all houses were completed and sold by early 2018. Construction works at Phase 2 of four houses commenced in late 2017 and all houses were completed and sold by mid 2018.
