In 2016, Warren Private acquired a 1.0 acre residential development site in conjunction with our Irish development partner Greenleaf Group. Located in the affluent north Dublin suburb of Clontarf, the site is accessed directly from Vernon Avenue and is located 200m from Clontarf’s seafront promenade.

The site was acquired with planning permission for 17 high end houses in a mix of terrace, semi-detached and detached three bedroom houses ranging from 112 sq m to 149 sq m.
