In 2015, Warren Private acquired a 1.6 acre development site in conjunction with our Irish development partner Greenleaf Group. Located in the affluent south Dublin suburb of Monkstown, the site was a disused factory located behind two existing, high-end residential developments.
The site was acquired without planning permission. Subsequent to acquiring the site, we successfully obtained planning permission for a high end residential scheme of 29 units comprising 5 x four bedroom semi detached houses over three storeys, 11 x four bedroom end-terrace houses over three storeys, 9 x three bedroom mid-terrace houses over three storeys, 2 x two bedroom duplexes and 2 x one bedroom apartments.
The completed houses, which are A-rated, range from 114 sq m to 158 sq m. Each house is completed to the highest specification and include luxurious modern finishes throughout.
Construction works commenced in early 2017 and all units were completed by early 2018. All houses and apartments are sold upon launch of the scheme to the market in March 2018.
