In May 2022, Warren Private acquired a c.2.2 acre residential development site less than two miles from the centre of Didcot, Oxfordshire in conjunction with our UK development partner Taggart Homes.
The site is situated in an established residential area close to a number of primary and secondary schools, as well as a large Asda-anchored shopping centre and a public park.
Didcot is an ideal location for commuters. It is 40 minutes by train into central London, 14 miles from Oxford, and within striking distance of the beautiful Cotswolds and Chiltern Hills – with easy access onto the M4 and M40 motorway corridors.
The site was acquired with the benefit of planning permission for nineteen houses that will be an attractive mix of facing brick and render finishes externally, with extensive turn key specifications internally.
Construction works are due to commence Q3 2022 and the completed houses are expected to be launched to the market in Q2 2023.
