About Us

In 2002, a group of highly-skilled and experienced property professionals established a boutique real estate investment and advisory firm in Dublin, Ireland. In the years since, we have evolved into a multi-disciplined team that work on complex projects in Ireland, the USA and the UK. While we have grown to acquire and fund over €3 billion worth of property in an ever-changing industry, we remain dedicated to the same thing as we have from day one – the personal touch.

David Kelleher | BComm

Principal
David joined Warren Private in 2005 from Bank of Ireland Private Banking, where he spent three years as Head of Business Development. Prior to this he spent 12 years working in a number of different lending and business development roles within Ulster Bank Business and Corporate Banking. During this time he also worked as a lender in Ulster Bank’s Corporate Property Division, providing investment and development finance for large-scale Irish property investors and developers. As Principal, David is responsible for originating and leading new development and lending transactions in Ireland and the UK.

Niall Tuite | BComm

Principal
Bringing over 20 years of varied lending experience with him, Niall joined Warren Private in May 2012 from Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (formerly Anglo Irish Bank). During his 8 year spell with them, Niall established and headed up the bank’s dedicated NAMA Unit, which managed circa €35bn of loans. Previously, Niall gained broad experience in a variety of lending roles in Ulster Bank and AIB Group across the SME, large corporates / public companies and property finance sectors. As Principal, Niall is responsible for originating and leading new property transactions in the USA, managing Warren Private's existing loan portfolio and providing debt advisory services to businesses and non-consumer clients.

Mark O'Brien | BComm (Int), MAcc, FCA, QFA

Principal
Mark is a Chartered Accountant who joined Warren Private in 2005 from KPMG Corporate Finance. While there, he spent six years as a manager in its M&A, project finance and valuations division. In this role, Mark was responsible for the financial structuring and management of private equity investments, M&A transactions and advisory projects for companies in a variety of industries. As Principal, Mark is responsible for the structuring, due diligence and transaction management of Warren Private’s acquisitions and loans in Ireland and the UK. Mark is also responsible for the origination and management of Warren Private’s Irish and UK banking relationships.

Alan Horgan | BBS, CPA

Principal
Alan is a qualified Certified Public Accountant who joined Warren Private in 2007 from AIB Private Banking. While there, he spent four years structuring property, equity and alternate investments for the bank’s high net-worth client base. Before that, Alan worked as a lender on a portfolio of AIB’s property loans, which included being responsible for the management of the credit process. As Principal, Alan is responsible for capital raising and investor relations. Alan is also jointly responsible for the origination and management of US joint venture relationships.

Claire Bird | BA (Hons)

Investor Relations Manager
Claire joined Warren Private in 2004 from Matrix Treasury, a risk and treasury advisory firm, where she was the office manager and compliance executive. A specialist in communications and investor management, Claire is responsible for the administration of investor correspondence on Warren Private's existing property portfolio, the distribution of investor payments and Irish / US tax compliance material, and the on-boarding of new clients. She also maintains our client database and manages our investor marketing initiatives.

Niamh Coss

Personal Assistant
Niamh joined Warren Private in 2011 from TDG Logistics, where she worked as a HR and payroll administrator for 6 years. She started as receptionist for Warren Private and its sister company Warren & Partners, before becoming the personal assistant the Principals of Warren Private in 2013. Niamh is responsible for diary management and the organisation of meetings and travel arrangements for the Principals. Niamh also assists in the administration of investor correspondence and CRO filings, and is responsible for accounts receivable.
